Welcome Event Shuttle Service

September 3, 2022 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Pick-up times: 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm Return time: 10:00 pm We have arranged shuttles to take guests to and from the welcome event on September 3rd from both the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will pick guests up from both hotels at 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm. You are welcome to take the shuttles at either time. Please wait outside the hotels for the shuttles to arrive. As shuttles will be picking up guests at both hotels, please be patient if they are running late. When the welcome event ends at 10:00 pm, shuttles will return guests to both hotels.

Wedding Venue Shuttle Service

September 4, 2022 4:45 pm - 1:00 am

Pick-up times: 4:45 pm and 5:00 pm Return times: 10:00 pm and 11:00 pm After party pick-up time: 11:00 pm After party return time: 1:00 am As there is no parking available at the venue, we have arranged shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will pick guests up from both hotels at 4:45 pm and 5:00 pm. You are welcome to take the shuttles at either time. Please wait outside the hotels for the shuttles to arrive. The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30 pm. When the wedding ends at 11:00 pm, the shuttles will return guests to both hotels. A shuttle at 10:00 pm will also be available for any guests who wish to have an earlier night. For guests who are interested in attending the after party, shuttles will take guests from the venue to Mews Tavern at 11:00 pm. When Mews Tavern closes at 1:00 am, the shuttles will return guests to both hotels.

We highly recommend renting a car, not just to help you travel to and from the airport of your choosing, but also to explore all the nearby attractions Rhode Island has to offer! As there is no parking available at the venue, we have arranged shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn, where we have room blocks. If you are not staying at either of these hotels, we recommend driving to one of the hotels to take the shuttle. Alternatively, you can Uber directly to the venue. We ask that none of our guests drive to the venue.

Please keep in mind that some hotels may require a two night minimum stay during the holiday weekend. We have reserved room blocks for our guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Hampton Inn. Shuttles to and from the welcome event and wedding venue will be arranged from these two hotels. Please see below for more details.
