Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

To kick off the weekend's festivities, join us in Newport for light bites and drinks.

This event is semi-formal. Weather allowing, we'll be spending the evening outside along the water. If desired, shuttles will be available to take guests to/from the welcome event from both the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will pick guests up from both hotels at 6:00 pm and 6:20 pm. Shuttles will return guests to both hotels when the welcome event ends at 10:00 pm. Please see the Travel page for more details. Kids are invited to attend the welcome event.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please dress in cocktail attire. Weather allowing, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outside.

As there is no parking available at the venue, we have arranged shuttles to pick up and drop off guests at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and the Hampton Inn. Shuttles will pick guests up from both hotels at 4:45 pm and 5:00 pm. Shuttles will return guests to both hotels when the wedding ends at 11:00 pm. A shuttle at 10:00 pm will also be available for any guests who wish to have an earlier night. Please see the Travel page for more details. The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30 pm.
