A block of discounted rooms has been reserved for our wedding week. Please use the link below to book your room and get assistance with any other travel needs. The room block rate is applicable 3 days before and 3 days after our wedding. When reserving a room please note, the reservation link defaults to two occupants and March 13th – March 16th. The discounted rate does apply to any number of people. Note, there will be a $250 hotel entrance fee for guests staying offsite. If you would like to book at the discounted rate outside of those dates, or for a different number of occupants, please reach out to Nina via the "Contact" tab at the link below to work with the travel agent. When booking your discounted stay from our room block, you can use the same link to book flights and vehicle transportation to and from the hotel/airport. PASSWORD FOR BOOKING SITE - Vanderpool25 Please make sure your passport does not expire within six months of our wedding. This means if your expiration date is anywhere within the months of March 2025 - September 2025, you will need to get a new passport before you travel to Mexico. The airlines will not let you board the plane if your passport expires within this timeframe.
