Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your RSVP will note if you are able to bring a plus one. Due to venue restrictions, we cannot accommodate people that are not on our guest list.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the Lake Acorn Pavilion. That is the location for the ceremony and reception. If you are staying at The Lodge, there is a parking lot there and a path and bridge that leads directly from the hotel to the pavilion.

Will food and drinks be served?
Answer
Yes! During cocktail hour, appetizers will be available. At the reception, we will have a buffet style dinner with a selection of dishes for you to choose from. We will have a cash bar available during the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. (Feel free to bring comfy shoes for dancing!) We would like you to note there is a paved hill to get down to the venue should that impact your shoe choice. Pictures will be added to the Gallery page for reference. TN can be cold at this time of year, please note the weather since we will be outside. The ceremony and reception are outside, you may want a coat or umbrella depending on the weather!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We have opted to have a kid-free wedding/reception. Due to venue restrictions we cannot accommodate children that are not in the wedding party. We kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration. Leave the kids with a sitter and come enjoy a date night!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP via the RSVP tab! Guests who miss the RSVP deadline unfortunately will not be able to attend. Due to final numbers being submitted to our vendors, we must have your RSVP by January 24th. Thank you!
Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive with enough time to be seated by 4:15 pm before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Guests that arrive after 4:30 pm will have to wait to be seated after the processional.
