Wintergreen Resort offers a variety of options for booking your stay. Wintergreen has provided a toll free number listed below for all guests to call in and reserve their accommodations. We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. Reservations may be communicated directly through the toll-free number, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Accommodations include booking a studio (hotel room), 1 bedroom condo, 2 bedroom condo, or homes with variety of bedrooms. All guests staying on the mountain through wintergreen will be provided transportation to and from the ceremony and reception.

The closest airport to Wintergreen is Charlottesville Airport, a 50 minute drive to Wintergreen. If you would like to coordinate renting a car with other guests, feel free to reach out to us and we will assist.
