What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d appreciate your RSVP as soon as you know whether you and your party can attend. At the latest, please RSVP by March 25th so we can finalize details with our vendors!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

When looking to book flights into Oklahoma City, please make sure you’re searching for flights into Will Rogers International Airport - the corresponding airport code is “OKC”!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in either Bricktown or Downtown Oklahoma City. The two hotels where we have discounted rates are located in Bricktown and the shuttles we have for transportation to and from the venue will be departing and returning to the AC Hotel in Bricktown!

Are there reserved hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

While we do not have traditional hotel blocks reserved, we do have discount codes available for two hotels. Please visit our “Hotels” tab for details and booking information!

Where will the ceremony and the reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at The Bower Venue in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Will there be transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles to transport our guests to and from The Bower- the shuttle will be leaving from the AC Hotel! Additionally, our venue is easily accessible via Uber and Lyft!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. Overnight parking is not permitted though so please plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm to find seating!

Will the ceremony and reception take place inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors and our reception will take place indoors!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed to the nines with us! We are requesting Garden Party Formal attire! For more details on our dress code and outfit inspiration, please visit our “Dress Code” tab!

Can I bring my children and/or a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate the guests whose names are listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Guests can note any dietary restrictions when RSVPing online! We’ll do our best to accommodate all needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with a selection of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options!
