TRAFFIC: Newport is busy in July. Please allow extra travel time and plan to arrive by 5:00-5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION: There is no on-site parking at The Bohlin, and downtown parking is extremely limited. We strongly recommend using Uber or Lyft.

Operated by the Newport Restaurant Group, our guests will enjoy a chef-crafted plated dinner highlighting the best of New England flavors - the perfect way to fuel up for the night ahead. Brush up on your sing-alongs and get ready to lose your voice - our only requirement of the night is 110% on the dance floor (TONS! of energy), from the first song to the very last.

Someone will have to physically drag Kara off The Bohlin’s dance floor, but once that’s accomplished, the party continues at Newport Blues Cafe! Located directly across the street from The Bohlin, the short five-minute walk will bring you to one of Kara & Brendan’s favorite spots in town. The Blues holds so many special memories for us - all of which include screaming “Lips of An Angel” alongside one of our favorite bands, Never In Vegas. If you know us, you know our love blossomed over live music and immaculate vibes on the dance floor. It wouldn’t feel right to end the night any other way than how it all started back in 2016. And we can’t wait to keep making memories alongside our favorite people. We’ve rented a private room where late-night bites will be served. We’re not limited to the private room - our guests are welcome to crush the dance floor, take a breather and enjoy some munchies, or do a little of both! Cash Bar!
