In order to "unlock" your RSVP please spell out the first and last name of the first person listed on the invitation or the would be head of the family. For example: if Caralina Casper & Brendan Cutrer were invited you would submit "Caralina Casper" because it is the first name. If " The Casper Family" were to be listed on the invite we would enter "Michael Casper" as the "head of the family". 
There's so much clarification because I tried to unlock an invite as a test and ended up messing stuff up. :)
