FAQs

The Wedding Website of Chloe Hopper and Brendan McNeff
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. To help you plan, we’ve included a few details below on timing, attire, and what to expect.
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed on April 3, 2026, and will include a QR code linking to our RSVP page on Zola. We kindly request that all responses be submitted by May 2, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your RSVP. Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, including children.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Pala Casino is our top recommendation. Harrah’s Resort and Pechanga Resort are also great nearby options. There are a few Airbnbs in Pauma Valley, though availability is limited. For more details, please see the “Travel” page of our website.

Question

How do I access the venue?

Answer

Please enter through the front gate of Pauma Valley Country Club at: 16270 Pauma Valley Drive Pauma Valley, CA 92061 This is the main gate off Highway 76. Please be sure to enter this address into your GPS rather than the venue address. Upon arrival, you will check in at the gate by providing your name to the attendant. Parking will be available onsite.

Question

What are the transportation options for getting to and from the wedding?

Answer

Guests are welcome to drive themselves, and on-site parking will be available. Due to the remote location, ride share availability in the area is limited. We highly recommend reaching out to Gregory Courtad at the Pauma Valley Country Club in advance to explore transportation options at gregorycourtad@gmail.com. Transportation arranged through the club will be at the guest’s expense. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, we recommend scheduling ride shares in advance for both arrival and departure.

Question

What should I know about parking?

Answer

Complimentary parking will be in a dirt lot adjacent to the residence. Cars may be left overnight if needed.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Will the celebration be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on the lawn.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re celebrating outdoors in Pauma Valley, and kindly request Formal Attire. Tuxedos, dark suits with a tie, floor length gowns, or sophisticated cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind that May weather can bring warm days and cooler evenings, a wrap or shawl is recommended. Block heels or wedges are also encouraged, as the ceremony will take place on a golf course.

Question

Can dietary restrictions and allergies be accommodated?

Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate all guests. Our buffet will offer a variety of options, including vegan selections, and our catering team is happy to assist with any additional allergies or restrictions.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is accessible and does not require navigating stairs.

Question

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask that all guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us.

Question

Who should I contact with questions or day-of changes?

Answer

For any last-minute questions or updates, please contact our planner Melissa Loos at (949) 637-3151.
