Our Love Story

There is an old Chinese mythology known as the "Red Thread of Fate" that talks about how an invisible red cord is around the finger of those that are destined to meet one another. These two people connected by the red thread are destined lovers regardless of place, time, or circumstances. Daniel and Brenda met back in 2013, she was a freshman, and he was a sophomore at Bel Air High School. They became friends through mutual friends and would spend time playing Yu-Gi-Oh at the library. After graduation, life happened, and they went their separate ways. Until Sept 2020 Daniel was returning from his deployment and due to COVID-19 he was stuck at base waiting 2 weeks until he can be released to go home to his family. During this time of quarantine, he spent some of his time on social media where one day he saw Brenda post on her Instagram story which he decided to reply to. From there the conversation led to meeting up for Starbucks to catch up and have a cup of coffee. Once they met up, they both then decided to start going on walks to the park together. During this time, Daniel kept voicing his interest in dating Brenda however, Brenda was too reserved and kept rejecting him when he asked her out to an official date. Finally, after several months Daniels' persistence paid off and Brenda agreed to an official date. She undeniably started to catch feelings, so she agreed to a few dates. Then on May 1st, 2021 Brenda asked Daniel to be her boyfriend which he agreed to. After that they have gone to multiple coffee dates and the rest is history. Brenda and Daniel will now start their story as one so sit down, grab a cafecito con pan and join them in their beginning.
