Hotel
The hotel block is reserved for both Friday and Saturday nights. Please click the "view" button below to access the discounted rates. The hotel is a little over a mile away from The St Vrain. Check in is at 3pm and check out is 11am. You can try to request an earlier check in time by calling the hotel directly, but they can't guarantee anything. Book by March 23rd to get the group rate.
Shuttle
April 24, 2021 3:15 pm - 10:00 pm
The Brewhop Trolley will pick up and depart at the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:20pm and 3:40pm. They will pick up and depart outside of the St Vrain at 9:30pm and 10pm. Please be sure to catch one of these trips as the final trip is for the newly weds and bridal party only. Each trip can accommodate 40 passengers. This is not a continuous loop between the venue and hotel.
House Or Rental
There are many rentals in the area on Airbnb or Vrbo in old town Longmont. You can also look into North Boulder or the Niwot area which is about 10 minutes from Longmont. If you're looking to make more of a trip out of the wedding, feel free to stay in Boulder or Denver where there are more things to do. Longmont is 40 minutes north of Denver and 20 minutes north of Boulder.
Travel Note
There is Uber/Lyft in the area. Keep in mind, Old town Longmont is a smaller town so there won't be as many drivers in the area and you may have a longer wait time for a ride.
