What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 pm. We ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early so you have enough time to park your vehicle and find your seats.

How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

You can RSVP right here on the website! Please navigate over to the RSVP tab. The deadline to reserve is April 16, 2026. If you are unable to attend, please let us know asap so we may be able to get a proper headcount.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is formal. We would love to see you all dressed to the nines! For women, this means a long evening gown or cocktail dress, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. Please refrain from wearing jeans and any shades of white.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for your understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! The venue has lots of free parking spaces and you will also be able to leave your vehicle overnight if need be. Your car will need to be picked up the following day by 9 am.

Will there be drinks?

Answer

There will be a full open bar, so you can plan on enjoying drinks on us during our wedding!

I want to write a check and bring it on the day of the wedding as a gift

For those of you who prefer to give checks, we ask that you write it out to either Brenda Hitt or Alan Maldonado separately. ps. We love a good greeting card
