When should I book my travel?

Answer

We recommend booking as soon as possible. Some of the hotels in Carmel-by-the-Sea are small and only have a select number of rooms available.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please refer to the "travel" page of this website for recommended hotels in Carmel-by-the-Sea. As stated on this page, the ONLY way to get to the venue will be via shuttle service which will pick up in Carmel-by-the-Sea at the corner of Juniper Ave and Ocean Ave. We recommend selecting a hotel from the list of recommended hotels provided (all are walking distance) or from another hotel in the same area. *The shuttle pickup point in Carmel-by-the-Sea may be subject to change as we get closer to the wedding date; however, it will still be walking distance to all of the recommended hotels.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) is the closest major airport to Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. It's located in Monterey, about fifteen minutes from Carmel-by-the-sea. San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) is another option, and is located about one hour and fifteen minutes from Carmel-by-the-sea.
