Your passport MUST be valid for at least six months beyond the trip date. If you plan on renting a car, please remember to obtain an IDP. More details on this are available on our transportation page. Check that you have the correct power adaptors/converters for your electronics! It's also smart to bring a few hundred euros in cash at least.

SATURDAY - The dress code is Black Tie (preferred). For gentlemen, a tuxedo is ideal. However, we completely understand the realities of travel — if bringing a tux isn’t feasible, a dark formal suit with a crisp shirt and black tie is absolutely welcome. For ladies, floor-length gowns are encouraged. Elegant evening dresses in refined fabrics (silk, satin, chiffon, crepe) in rich or classic tones will complement the setting beautifully. We kindly ask guests to avoid: White, ivory, or champagne tones Casual attire (linen shirts without jackets, sundresses, overly casual footwear, etc.) Think timeless, polished, and celebratory — an elevated European summer evening. FRIDAY - Garden Chic / Upscale Casual: Flowy dresses, matching sets, or chic summer jumpsuits, linen shirts, tailored trousers, relaxed blazers, dressy sandals, espadrilles, loafers (no heels required — we're on cobblestones!) Feel free to lean into color, prints, or a little Italian flair! It’s a night to feel fabulous, not formal — come dressed for photos, dancing, and pizza joy.
