WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear tea-length, midi formal, or floor-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please! For those cold natured ones, please note the Ceremony is in a climate controlled space at 68 degrees so a light jacket or sweater may be beneficial.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can but the absolute deadline is August 23rd, 2023 as we have to give a final headcount to the venue so they can properly prepare. If you RSVP'd as attending, and unfortunately find yourself unable to make it please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Mother of the Bride, Shera Walton. IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

SHUTTLE SERVICE will be offered for Hotel Guests at Holiday Inn and Comfort Suites to and from the venue by Appalachian Transportation. Times will be in Welcome bag but tentatively the Shuttles will leave Hotels at 4:45 PM and start return trips around 10:00 PM through 11:30 PM. Use of this shuttle is highly encouraged but please remember to drink responsibly if you choose to drive.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park, grab a glass of Champagne and find your seat. Upon arrival, you will take a few stairs down to the Welcome Area and then an elevator or stairs down to the bottom level.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors with dancing on a covered terrace with breathtaking views. The Ceremony space is climate controlled to 68 Degrees so if you are cold natured, please bring a sweater or light jacket. You are free to explore the vineyard and enjoy the scenic views of the North Georgia mountains.

Answer

Yes, Wine & Beer are on us and the hangover is on you- get ready to celebrate! Spirits are available for purchase.
