Yes, we have two hotel blocks at the Inn at Holiday Valley (716-699-2336) and the Tamarack Club (716-699-7000), which are walking distance to the ceremony and reception venue. Please call either venue and mention the 'Michelle Tran and Scott Breen Wedding on 9/12/2026' for our room rate. If you choose to stay elsewhere, there are a lot of Airbnb and VRBO for groups, and locally owned bed and breakfasts, and hotel chains in the area.
Both the ceremony and reception will be at Holiday Valley Resort in Ellicottville, NY. The ceremony will be on the hill-top of the Mardi Gras lift* and the reception will be held at the Holiday Valley Lodge. *If you cannot or do not wish to ride the ski lift, please contact Michelle (814-883-1069/breentranwedding@gmail.com) to arrange alternative transportation to and from the hill-top.
Please arrive for the ceremony at 3:30PM. The ceremony is at the top of Mardi Gras lift and will require guests to ride the ski lift up*. For the welcome party: Semi-formal (For women, this typically means midi/knee-length dresses, tailored jumpsuits, refined separates. For men, a suit (light/dark based on time), tie optional, dress slacks + blazer). For the reception: Cocktail (For women, this typically means elevated cocktail dress, chic jumpsuits, festive colors/metallics, paired with dressy heels and a clutch. For men, it means a tailored suit (usually dark), dress shirt, tie encouraged and dress shoes completing the look). Please refrain from wearing white.

Yes - we will be providing an open bar, so please plan accordingly for getting home safely. Unfortunately, Holiday Valley does not allow shots (so that may help!).
