Hotel
We’ve reserved a small block of rooms for our wedding weekend from Friday, May 22 to Monday, May 25 (checking out Tuesday) at a rate of $319 per night (plus tax). You can choose to stay for a shorter duration if you'd like. The Lodge has a free breakfast buffet, fireside lounge ft. bar and small bites, and indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub. It is pet-friendly ($50 per night), but pets can not be left in the hotel unattended. There is a courtesy Town Car service that provides transport around Jackson Hole, but it is based on availability. If you’d like to stay with the group, please reach out to Breanna or Josh directly, and we’ll let you know which rooms are blocked off for you and how to book them.
Flight
JAC is roughly 9-10 miles from downtown Jackson, about 15-20 minute drive to the hotel. This is the easiest and fastest way to get to Jackson.
Flight
IDA is a solid alternate option — sometimes less expensive or with easier flight availability. From Idaho Falls to Jackson is about 90–100 miles, which usually takes around 2 hours to 2 hours and 20 minutes — worth considering if flights to JAC are limited or pricey.
Rental Car
Please plan to rent a car for the weekend. This will give you the flexibility to explore, get to the ceremony site, and move around town comfortably.
