Jackson Town Square is known for its iconic elk-antler arches, charming shops, local art galleries, and cozy cafés. It’s a great spot to explore, grab a bite, or snap some photos. Take a stroll, enjoy the local vibe, and soak in the unique mountain-town atmosphere.
Ride a tram and eat world-famous gourmet waffles at the top of a mountain! They have coffee and hot cocoa too.
There are many beautiful hiking trails to explore (over 250 miles of trails to be exact!). Black and grizzly bears live throughout the park, so be sure to carry bear spray. Attached is a link with suggested easy, moderate, and strenuous hikes.
The mountain range is home to wolves, black and grizzly bears, bison, and elk. If you want to see them, it's best to be out at dawn or dusk.
