Where do we park?

There will be parking onsite for those that want to drive.

Will there be Shuttles to/from the venue?

Answer

We will have two shuttles for the night of the wedding to the Santa Ynez Marriott and Hampton Inn in Buellton. The shuttles will depart from those hotels at 2:00PM and will only make ONE trip to the venue from each location. Feel free to park your cars in the parking lot at the hotels as well and take the shuttle. I'd even suggest if you are planning to uber, uber to the shuttles and jump on those to the venue because it may be tough to get an uber from the venue back to your lodging. Returning shuttles will take multiple trips following the event starting at 8:30PM (although we hope you don't leave THAT early). Reception will end at midnight with last bus at 12AM.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. All events for the wedding are at the same venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

During the day, the weather should be beautiful, averaging 75-85 degrees. At night it can get pretty chilly in the 50s so make sure (ladies) to bring a shawl or something to keep you warm. We will have heaters and blankets available as well.

Is Smoking Allowed?

Answer

NO, absolutely ZERO smoking is allowed at the venue. If anyone is caught smoking they will be fined by the venue and escorted off the premises.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them using our hashtag -- #meant2BaBrown on social media. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We will be pausing for a photo minute during the ceremony but ask you keep your phones out of view for the remainder of our ceremony and leave it to the professionals. I promise you'll love what shots they get!

What's this Welcome Party all about? What's the attire?

Answer

The Welcome Party is an opportunity to mingle with us, catch up with family and friends, and get to know the other guests prior to the BIG day! Attire is "smart casual" (look it up ;) ). We will have a Mexican food truck with tacos, quesadillas, etc.. There will be beer, frozen margaritas and some on the rocks, your choice! Come hang the entire time or just drop by for a few...it is meant to be casual!
