Is there a dress code?

Formal Black Attire. Ladies: Black dress or gown, midi to floor length Gentlemen: Black suit or tuxedo Please refrain from wearing any other colors or dark shade.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive by 4:30 to be seated for 5:00 Ceremony

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate the guests officially listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, it will appear on your invitation, as well as your RSVP. For families with children, we have added them to your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Wedding is in BigFork, Montana. Kalispell, Lakeside, & Columbia Falls are about 30 minute drives. Whitefish is a 45-60 minute drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will be serving a nut free menu. Sorry, we can not accommodate special request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking for the wedding & reception which take place at one location. Guest are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.

What if it rains?

Answer

Since we have many people coming from out of state, the wedding is rain or shine. We will do everything we can to make it as comfortable as possible if it rains.
