A shuttle will be available to pick up guests from the Hampton Inn & Suites to take them to and from Double Diamond X Ranch. Following the reception, there will be multiple options to catch the shuttle from the venue back to the Hampton Inn & Suites based on how long you wish to stay. No reservation is required for the shuttle. Simply meet in the lobby of the hotel at 2:15 pm to load the shuttle! SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: 2:15 pm - Meet at Hampton Inn & Suites in Cody, WY 2:30 pm - Shuttle leaves Hampton Inn & Suites to go to DDX 3:30 pm - Shuttle arrives at DDX prior to ceremony SHUTTLE DEPARTURES FROM DDX BACK TO CODY 7:30/8:00 pm - first shuttle takes guests back to Cody following dinner 9:00 pm - second shuttle takes guests back to Cody following dinner and some dancing 12:00 am - FINAL shuttle takes guests back to Cody at the end of the dance :) ***Shuttle schedule back to Cody may vary based on number of guests wishing to leave!

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cody, WY for both August 30th and 31st. Reserve your room by July 30th and let them know that you are a part of "The Blewett Wedding" to ensure you get your discounted rate! This is also the hotel the shuttle will meet to take guests to and from the venue on the day of the wedding.

No block of rooms here, but another great option. Be sure to book your hotel rooms ASAP as they tend to book up quickly in the summer months!

Travel Note

Campground Information

There are some campgrounds nearby if you are interested in staying in your camper. Deer Creek Campground and Ishawooa Mesa Trailhead are two campground options that the owners of the venue provided us. Unfortunately, there are no camping locations on the Southfork that have hookups for RVs.

Cody Lodging Company

Cody Lodging Company, owned by my cousin and his wife, Rick and Sandi Fisher, are offering a 10% discount to any of our guests. They offer a variety of vacation rentals around Cody, WY that would be another great option for lodging for the weekend of our wedding if you would prefer to stay in a house rather than a hotel room!
