There will be a shuttle running from the Hampton Inn and Suites in Cody to Double Diamond X Ranch and back to the hotel following the ceremony and reception. Please refer to the 'Hotel & Travel' tab for more information.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors in the pavilion which is located near the ceremony location.
Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Double Diamond X Ranch, a venue located at 3453 Southfork Road, Cody, WY 82414, located approximately 50 minutes away from Cody, WY. The ceremony will take place in the yard near the pavilion, and the reception will take place in the pavilion. There will be directional signage as you arrive to the ranch to help you find your way. Please allow plenty of time to locate the venue if you have not been to this beautiful location before :)
Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at The Hampton Inn and Suites in Cody. Please refer to the 'Hotel & Travel' tab for more information about accessing our hotel block and group rate.
Dressy Summer Casual Attire - We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy summer casual attire. For this time of year in Wyoming, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge/block heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks or shorts; jackets and ties optional.

We love your little ones! But, due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 12 on our wedding day.
We will be serving light bites during social hour followed by a buffet selection of beef and chicken fajitas.
The buffet dinner will have gluten free entrees and a gluten free side option. There are also vegetarian side options.
We will be providing some beer, wine, and seltzers. All other drinks will need to be purchased from the saloon.
Your presence is the best present! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we have created a gift registry as well as a Honeymoon Fund link on this website. Please refer to the 'Registry' tab for more information.
Like we said, celebrating our wedding day with you is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 9365 Dunraven Loop, Arvada, CO 80007. A wedding card box will also be available at our reception!

The venue will be accessible 30 minutes prior to the ceremony, which starts at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance.
The reception will end at 12am!
