Shane is long-time best friend of the groom. He is a great person to hang out with and have meaningful conversations with. We have spent several after church lunches together where we talked and debated about theology, politics, and work. He has been a great friend to Phillip and myself. We are very happy that he will be supporting us on this great day.

Bethann Rice

Matron of Honor

Bethann is my wonderful sister-in-law. She has truly become like a sister to me through our time spent together since 2016 when she married into the family. She is a great friend to have and brings out the girly side in me. I wouldn't have anyone else be my Matron of Honor.

Samuel Lively

Samuel is the groom's next youngest brother. He is, as his name says, "lively". It is never a dull moment with Sam. He is good company when you want to talk about life's problems, and he loves his brothers with all of his big heart. He is always supportive and we are glad that he will be able to stand by our side.

Kristen and I have been friends since she was born. She is basically my adopted sister. We spent so many summers together as kids and made so many fun and silly memories. She has supported me through many trials and is a great friend to lean on. I couldn't get married without her standing next to us supporting me and Phillip.

Ben is the youngest brother of the groom. He is spirited and fun to be around, but also has his serious side. Sometimes it is hard to tell the two sides apart. As brothers, I am sure Phillip and Ben had their quarrels, but it is evident that they have grown up to be great friends and we are glad to have him standing in support of us.

Madi has been my friend since early high school. Throughout our years as friends, we have grown closer and have made lasting memories together. We sang in the choir together and were never apart on class trips. While separating for college has been hard, she is still one of my best friends and one of the people I can call in the middle of the night to talk about anything with. I am very happy to have her be my bridesmaid.

Michael is a great friend of the groom. He and Phillip have had countless movie nights, fishing nights, camp fire nights and gun shooting days together. While they have only been roommates for a semester, they have become quite close friends, sharing life's joys and problems and we are excited that he will be standing up there supporting us.

My mom has raised me to be a God fearing, self-respecting, caring young woman. She taught me to appreciate music and has been a wonderful example of what it is to be a Godly wife. My favorite memories with her are when she would serenade the house after school with hymns and worship music on the piano. I am very thankful to have such a loving mother as her. I love you mom.

Father of the Bride

My dad is a quiet, yet wise man. He raised our house to be Godly and has inspired me to be inquisitive. He has taught me everything I know about fixing pretty much every item in the house. My favorite memories with him are sitting on his desk while probably blocking his view of the show he was watching, untying his shoelaces, talking for hours about life, and extracting all the wisdom he has pent up in his head. He has been my greatest teacher and I love him very much.

Phillip's mom is a godly woman who has truly raised Phillip to be well mannered and love the Lord. She has become a good friend to me over the past several years. She gives me advice and always reminds me to read scripture and cherish my future husband with all of my heart. She always makes sure there is chocolate in the house when I come over which goes to show, along with everything else, that she loves us both very much.

Phillip's dad is a God-fearing man who has raised his household to also fear God. He has set a good example for Phillip to follow and has helped Phillip grow in every area of life. He is always working to gain wisdom in the Lord or his business or life in general and has liked to share his wisdom with us. It is clear that he loves his family and we are very grateful to have him.
