When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 6 pm, the latest anyone will be seated will be 5:50, the earliest will be 5 pm. There is a place to hangout before the ceremony begins on the same location.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are pretty simple! Button down & jeans and casual dresses or jumpers. No white, please. Tan, browns, & rust are our colors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are allowed at the ceremony and reception until 8 pm, they will then be required to accompany our childcare provider in the lodge, or leave. There will be bounce houses located outside the reception and one at the lodge, we have a childcare provider but it will be bounce at your own risk.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Because we travel often, we are doing a more non traditional registry, you can locate it on our website tab titled “Registry”.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The two events are on the same property, but different locations. There is parking at both of them.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there are a few hotels about 5 minutes down the road.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask that nobody take pictures or videos with phones or cameras during the ceremony. We hired a photographer so we can all live in the moment! During the reception, we ask that you take as many pictures & videos as you would like!

What’s to eat & drink?

Answer

Street tacos, soda & water will be served from a food truck. We will have beer & margs, it’s BYOB, as long as you have the bartender serve it from your cooler (or ours)!
