It might be a good idea to book a place (whether that's a rental or a hotel room) on the southeast side. This would put you closer to our venues and cut down on the travel time added by crossing the river. Not necessary, but something to consider!

Train

MAX

MAX is the light rail system in Portland. It's easy to use and pretty quick. The red line goes straight to the airport, so that might be a good option! You can pay by tapping your card or phone on the little terminals on the platform.

Trimet is the public transportation system in Portland. It goes a lot of places and is pretty easy to use. Definitely check out the website for more information about how to get around in a more affordable fashion.
