Question

Who is invited to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We warmly invite all of our guests to join us for both our wedding ceremony and the celebratory reception immediately following.

Question

When Should I arrive in Lake Como?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least a day before the welcome event to allow time to settle in and adjust after travel. We suggest arriving on August 30th.

Question

Where is the reception?

Answer

On a boat. On Lake Como. Enough said. (Pack your party shoes… but maybe not stilettos.) Details and boarding instructions will be shared closer to the date.

Question

What is the dress code ?

Answer

Final details are still being decided. We’ll post updates here so you’ll know exactly what to wear for the celebration!

Question

What type of events will there be?

Answer

There will be a few including the welcome dinner the night before the wedding and beach club the day after the wedding. These pre and post wedding events are completely optional, so please join us for as much or as little as you’d like! We’ll just be so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we are planning an adults-only celebration week.

Question

Do I need to renew my passport?

Answer

Please make sure you renew your passport if it has an expiration date after 03/01/2026. Any passport that expires after 03-01-2026 will not be valid for travel.

Question

Should I bring cash or my credit card?

Answer

For ease and better value while traveling in Europe, we recommend using a credit or debit card as your primary method of payment. Most major banks offer cards with no foreign transaction fees and provide significantly better exchange rates than airport currency exchange booths. Card transactions typically offer a more favorable exchange spread than exchanging physical cash—meaning you’ll get more euros for every dollar spent. In fact, the card you already use every day may work internationally without any added fees. While cards are widely accepted across Europe, it's still a good idea to carry a small amount of cash for minor purchases like taxis, local markets, or small shops. We don’t suggest bringing large amounts of U.S. dollars, but if you're concerned about not having enough cash, bringing a small amount to exchange as a backup is perfectly fine. That said, we suggest planning to use your card as your primary form of payment for the best rates and convenience. We recommend having a small amount of cash on hand upon arrival. Most major U.S. banks offer currency ordering services, often at better rates than you'll find in Europe. To ensure timely delivery, place your order 2–3 weeks before your departure.
