Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 30th, 2025. You can do so by sending back the RSVP card in your invitation or using this website. Please be specific about whom in your invite can or cannot attend. If you do not respond by the deadline, it will be assumed that you are not attending. Thank you for complying with this critical deadline!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

All wedding guests should arrive at the venue at 3:30pm. Kindly do not arrive any earlier. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Prior to the start of the ceremony, guests will be shown to their seats.

Is there lodging at the venue?

Answer

Although the venue has “lodge” in the name, there is not lodging available at the venue Visit the travel/lodging tab for nearby options.

Where do I park?

Answer

The Kiana Lodge has plenty of parking available for all guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with everyone, but we can only accommodate those specifically named in your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you may bring a plus one. If not, please RSVP for only the names included in your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The official dress code is semi-formal. Wear what you feel good in, but dress to impress! Ties are not required, but a nice button-down shirt would look great! Full suits are also not required. Ladies, wear what makes you feel beautiful (but please no jeans).

Do I need to prepare for bad weather?

Answer

In the event of poor weather, the ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Regardless of weather, dinner and dancing will be indoors. There are also completely covered walkways between buildings.

What shoes will be comfortable?

Answer

Weather permitting *fingers crossed*, the ceremony will be held outdoors on a grass lawn. Please wear heels or shoes that are comfortable for grass. As for the dancing, complimentary flip flops will be available to anyone that needs a more comfortable option to dance!

Question

Is there outside alcohol or marijuana allowed on the property?**

Answer

NO. If either of these things are found by staff at the wedding, the event will be immediately cancelled. There will be plenty of beverages available provided by the property. (**We are required to inform our guests of this policy)
