Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is located at 5eleven with our reception immediately following at the same location. The address for the venue is as follows 511 South Palafox Street Pensacola, FL 32501

What time should guests arrive before the ceremony?

Answer

Seating will begin at 3:00pm and continue until the marriage ceremony at 3:30pm. Doors will close at the start of the ceremony and remain closed until the ceremony is complete.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be indoors and we’ll have a cocktail hour on the outside patio immediately following. After this, the bride and groom will be announced for their grand entrance and the party will move back inside for dinner and dancing.

When will the reception end?

Answer

Right now, our reception will likely end around 7:00pm but that is subject to change depending on the festivities! Also, our venue is located on the main street in downtown Pensacola and there are many local restaurants and bars where the celebration may continue afterward with the wedding party and guests!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Please! However, we are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you simply enjoy this time with us without the use of electronics or cameras. We promise our photographer will capture the perfect shot! During the reception, please take as many pictures and videos as you’d like and post them using our hashtag: #startedfromtheernowwerehere

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 10, 2019

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

Right now we ask that you mail your RSVP card back by October 10th. If you’re unable to do this for any reason, please contact the bride or groom to make sure we know if you can make it.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation as our venue has limited space and in order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to contact us with any specific plus one questions!

Can I bring my children?

Will there be food served?

Answer

Absolutely. As we get closer to the date we will be finalizing our meal options, but you can expect a delicious meal provided by Culinary Productions and a wedding dessert table to enjoy!

Will there be alcohol served during the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cash bar available during the cocktail hour and reception.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

At this time we have not. Based on feedback from friends and family, guests have chosen to stay at many different hotels which we have listed on the travel page. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you need suggestions on where to stay or advice on specific areas of Pensacola!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotels?

Answer

No. There is a parking garage next to our venue and Palafox street has various parallel parking spots nearby.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Amazon. Please don’t feel you have to bring a gift, we’d appreciate your presence the most!
