Pollença Sunday Market
Pollença and Port of Pollença are both great areas to stay in if you want to extend your trip. We stayed at Hotel Hoposa Pollentia and loved the walkability to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The Pollença Sunday markets is one of the best on the island. The port also has a great beach with nice sand and calm blue water.
Cala Llombards
An iconic beach on the south side of the island. Picturesque vibrant blue water and soft white sand.
Santanyí Market
Another great area to stay in on the island. They have a very popular market on Saturdays and lots of great beaches in the area.
Cap de Formentor
The north most point of the island. Windy mountain roads with incredible views. If you go to the very end you’ll see the lighthouse. There’s also a quiet beach in the area that the locals say is one of the best.
Sóller
Another cute town on the West side of the island. You can take a day trip from Palma on the trolley or spend a couple days to get that quintessential Spanish experience while sipping a spritz by the cathedral.
Valldemossa
A must see while you are in Mallorca. The cutest village nestled between the mountains with locals who run some of the best tapas restaurants on the island. It is a pretty sleepy town so if you are looking for nightlife or anything to do after 8:30 pm, I would just recommend a day trip. De Tokio a Lima is great if you want to treat yourself to a nice dinner or cocktails with incredible views!
Port de Sóller
We stayed here on our first trip to the island. Incredible views and lots of good restaurants. Parking can be more of a challenge in Soller and Port de Soller, but the hotels usually have reserved spots. We stayed at Bikini Island Hotel and would recommend if you are interested in checking out this side of the island. The Jumeriah hotel is also around the corner and is luxurious with a great sushi restaurant.
Deià
Another mountain town with lots of shops and restaurants. Very picturesque. The parking can be tricky, but if you go early or later in the evening you can usually find a spot.
Caló del Moro
Another iconic beach spot. Be prepared to take a little hike to this one, but the views are worth it.
Cala Deià

Restaurant Illeta
Iconic restaurants out in the middle of the water with great food and views.
Mirador Embassament de Cúber
A hiking trail in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains that takes you to a beautiful reservoir.
Palma
The main city in Mallorca. The old town area is very cute with lots of tapas restaurants and shopping. Lots of options for cooking classes, walking tours, boat tours, etc.
Beach Club Gran Folies
One of the best beach clubs on the island. Just be mindful, it is not on an actual beach with sand.
Finca Biniagual
A winery with a nice variety of options. Mallorca has a couple wineries with great wine you can only get on the island. You don’t need a reservation for this one.
Bodegas Can Vidalet
Another winery with gorgeous views.
Sa Calobra
Be prepared for a trekk through the mountains to get to this beach wedged between 2 cliffs, but the views are absolutely worth it. There are several lookout points along the way where you can pull over and relax.
