We kindly ask that if you are even considering attending, please submit your RSVP by September so we can begin planning for travel, accommodations, and wedding events. Final RSVPs will be due by March 20th 2026. We completely understand that destination weddings require extra planning, so an early “yes” helps us tremendously!
We recommend booking your flights and accommodations as early as possible to secure the best pricing and availability. If you think there’s a chance you’ll attend, we encourage you to start looking at travel options soon after you RSVP.
While you're welcome to stay wherever feels right for you, we highly recommend booking a room at the wedding hotel for the nights of the welcome party and ceremony—that's where all the main festivities will unfold. If you're planning to extend your trip before or after the wedding, we'll have some wonderful spots around the island featured on our "Things to do" page to inspire your stay.
There are a couple of options. We would recommend flying into Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN), the main international airport serving Barcelona, spend a night or two to explore the city, then book a separate ticket to fly into Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). You could also fly into PMI directly, but you will likely have a layover somewhere in Europe like London, Paris, or Frankfurt. It all depends on how you'd like to plan your trip. If you'd like recommendations, feel free to reach out to Braylin or Andy.
We'd highly recommend renting a car during your stay. While taxis are available, the island is quite expansive with plenty to explore, and a rental car makes getting around effortless. Plus, car rentals are very affordable and give you the freedom to discover at your own pace.
