If you're unfamiliar with Santa Barbara, this is the main drag. Around State you'll find shopping, restaurants and museums.

State Street

Trendy area of downtown with many cute wine bars, breweries and independent shops. If you're in this area and looking for a quick bite we suggest Lucky Penny for pizza and Tamar for Mediterranean food.

The Funk Zone

Good beer and highly regarded smash burgers. Located two blocks from our welcome party at Arnoldi's, so would make a great dinner prior.

Third Window Brewing

A great spot for a morning coffee, a pastry or a breakfast sandwich. We love walking here for brunch on a lazy weekend morning.

Helena Avenue Bakery

Tasty affordable tacos and batting cages right near East Beach.

East Beach Tacos

Tapas and a great happy hour. This was where our first date was!

milk & honey

Go for a stroll along East Beach and then grab dinner and a drink for the sunset. Fun fact: Denni and Ross had their wedding reception right above this restaurant. :)

Reunion Kitchen + Drink Santa Barbara

The local mission is a historic Santa Barbara landmark, and the nearby rose garden makes a great picnic spot on a sunny day.

Mission Rose Garden

A nice park with great views of Santa Barbara. Makes a nice stroll from the West Beach area.

Shoreline Park

Start at Steven's Park and enjoy a lovely hike into the Santa Barbara mountains. This is a trail that we often run!

Jesusita Trailhead

A lovely place to take a stroll and catch a beautiful sunset! Dog friendly. Nearby is Hendry's beach, which also has a restaurant to grab a bite and a drink.
