But what should I wear?!

Dressy Casual - Jeans are ok but keep it classy! Pair jeans with a nice shirt or blouse. Or nicer pants, blouse, and tie is fine as well! No hoodies or over relaxed attire. Dresses or pantsuits for women are ideal. We’re going for not too formal, but still dressed to impress! We want our guests looking and feeling great!

Are we going to be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, dinner, and reception are all in the same room. Only time outside is walking into the venue from the parking lot. With everything being in one room, it is our venue's rules that ALL food and drink MUST stay in the main room. Please do not be walking out with your beverages or food when leaving the main room.

Can I bring a guest?

If it was not an option on the invite, please do not as we want to keep the number of guest as accurate as possible for our vendors. BUT, feel free to reach out to Bray or Brooke with questions on this!

Is there a bar?

There will be a CASH ONLY bar. Alcohol must remain in the main room where all events are being held.

What's for Dinner?

Answer

We are having Stacey, owner of Big Fella's in Aberdeen, cater. He will be making pulled pork sandwiches, cole slaw, and cheesy potatoes. Water, juice, and pop will be provided. If you or anyone coming with you has dietary issues/needs, may want to plan something out for them or contact Brooke or Bray.

PLEASE be a responsible adult. The last thing anyone wants to wake up to the morning after a wedding is hearing of a car accident or someone getting a DUI. Driving drunk is NOT an option. Be smart and have someone in your party be SOBER to drive. There is Uber and Lyft in Aberdeen, and the town is not very large so would be easy to share rides.

Why at this location?

Answer

The Bride was born and raised in Aberdeen, SD. Bray and Brooke moved back to the Aberdeen area, on the farm just East of Ipswich. We moved the wedding from Irene to Aberdeen, as it made wedding arrangements easier for the bride and groom.
