Airports

The closest airport to Dublin is Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport (about a 45 minute drive). Other options are Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, or Washington Dulles. There will be family and friends coming from each of these areas, so we would be happy to connect folks for ease of travel logistics! Text Lainey if that would be helpful.

We have a hotel block available here! You can book directly online using this link. Or you can call and ask for the Johnson-Coats wedding. The Highlander Radford is a 15 minute drive from the house. Reservation cut-off date 4/7.

The Dublin Hampton Inn is very close to the house (about a 7 minute drive). Call to schedule, indicating you are part of the Johnson-Coats wedding block. Reservation cut-off date 4/16.

Other Lodging Options

Claytor Lake State Park is a 10 minute drive from the house and has cabin and camping availability. We proactively reserved a few cabins - let Lainey or Meg know if you are interested! There are also plenty of Airbnbs and other hotels in the surrounding area. We would specifically recommend looking in Radford, Blacksburg, or Christiansburg (all within 15-30 minute drive from Dublin).

Transportation

Dublin is very much a small town, which means transportation options are limited! There is no public transportation and not many Ubers/Lyfts available either. That said, it will be helpful to have a car or access to a car for the weekend! We will update the website with shuttle information for the ceremony/reception as wedding date approaches.
