Our celebration will be cocktail or semi-formal attire. Men should plan to wear a suit, and women a midi or floor length dress. Bright, fun colors are encouraged! The reception will take place by the river. Guests may want to bring a light jacket, wrap or sweater for comfort. Block heels or heel stoppers recommended, as the ceremony and a portion of the reception area will be on the lawn.
Our ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We recommend getting there 15-30 minutes before to grab a seat!
Your presence means so much to us and we can't wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation. If not, we hope you'll join us solo. Don't worry, there will be plenty of love, laughter and dance partners!
We love your little ones, but we've chosen to keep our wedding an adult only event. We encourage you to take the night off, relax and enjoy this as a special date night!
The ceremony will be held outdoors in front of the manor, followed by a cocktail hour inside the manor. Afterwards, we'll celebrate with dinner and dancing outside under the pavilion on the water!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and videos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Please RSVP by April 25th 2026 so we can finalize all of our wedding details. If you already know you'll be joining us, feel free to go ahead and RSVP now. Early RSVP's help everyone get a head start on travel plans and accommodations. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
While we'll miss celebrating with you, we completely understand if you're unable to attend. Please let us know by submitting your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly and send a little love our way from afar!
Parking is available at the venue, with additional street parking nearby. Because parking is somewhat limited, we encourage guests to walk if they are staying in Belhaven or carpool with family or friends when possible. For guests staying in Washington at the Fairfield Inn, transportation will be provided to and from the venue. Belhaven is a small, walkable town, and most nearby accommodations are withing easy walking distance of the venue.
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your invitation.
We've set up a hotel block at the Fairfield Inn in Washington, NC and there are plenty of charming Airbnb's and B&B's in Belhaven and Washington if that's more your style. Check out our Travel page for all the details. It's your guide to a stress free, fun filled stay!
