This is a fun Welcome Picnic for all of our guests. We will be grilling hot dogs & hamburgers. There is a kids' play area right by the picnic pavilion, grassy areas for yard games, and a horseshoe pit. **The pavilion is all the way at the end of White's Creek Lane, which is the main entrance road. Just go straight then follow it to the left. There will be baseball fields on the left side, then a parking area and the pavilion.**
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Attire suggestions: Semi-formal/dressy casual (think "Sunday best"). Collared shirts, slacks, midi-length dresses and skirts, etc. The ceremony location is on grass and there is a short walk to the reception venue, so please plan your footwear accordingly.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, so please arrive with plenty of time to get settled. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony before dinner.
5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
There will be buffet-style dinner, refreshments, music, dancing, and yard games. There is even a stocked fishing pond right next door (no licenses required for kids 12 & under, we'll bring a few extra poles to share)! The venue is surrounded by hiking trails if you want to explore.
