We'll send formal invitations out in a few months. At that time, we would ask you to click the RVSP tab at the top of the page and enter your name. Please RSVP by April 27th. However, if you already know whether you are or are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
Garden Party Formal. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on grass, so be mindful when considering footware.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to space limitations we are unable to extend a plus one to all our guests. We kindly request that you refer to the invitation for the specific guests who are included.
There is an ample amount of parking available at the venue. There is an upper lot (closest to the entrance of Hollerhorn) and a lower lot. We kindly ask guests that may be able bodied to consider parking in the lower lot, as to allow other guests closer access to the facility.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass. There may be uneven spots, so be mindful with footware choices. The dinner will be inside of the restaurant, with the reception to follow back outside on the grounds. There are restrooms accessible from both the inside and outside of the venue.
While there is no service elevator available at the venue, there is a ramp on the southern side of Hollerhorn that can be navigated with wheelchairs and other mobility devices.
We kindly ask guests to provide their own transportation to and from the wedding.
There will be open bar service with beer, wine, cider and specialty cocktails. The open bar may close towards the end of the event and switch over to cash bar later in the evening.
With the exception of the children in our immediate families, we have elected to have an adults only ceremony and reception.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. There will be hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and lawn games available while guests can mingle. The dinner will be hosted inside the restaurant (up one flight of stairs), following by dessert and dancing back outside under the tent. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved inside.
