Garden Party Formal. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on grass, so be mindful when considering footwear.
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to space limitations we are unable to extend a plus one to all our guests. We kindly request that you refer to the invitation for the specific guests who are included.
There is an ample amount of parking available at the venue. There is an upper lot (closest to the entrance of Hollerhorn) and a lower lot. We kindly ask guests who are able-bodied to consider parking in the lower lot.
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass. There may be uneven spots, so be mindful with footwear choices. Dinner will be inside the restaurant, followed by dancing outside. Accessible restrooms are readily available.
While there is no service elevator available at the venue, there is a sloped path connecting the upper level and lower level of the facility without stairs.
We kindly ask guests to provide their own transportation to and from the wedding. If you intend to drink alcohol, please do so responsibly and plan transportation accordingly.
There will be open bar service during the cocktail hour with a cash bar to follow.
With the exception of the children in our immediate families, we have elected to have an adults only ceremony and reception.
