This is where Brandon and Julia will be staying. The Hilton Garden Inn is 0.6 mile to the ceremony, and 1.0 mile from the reception hall (via driving, but there is a walking path that is more direct to both). A special rate of $229/night is available for wedding guests if you use this link to book, or call and tell them you are with the Heyman Wedding. This hotel has a bar and restaurant on site, breakfast is not included. King or double Queen rooms are available. Room block closes on August 10th.

Hampton Inn Longmont
The Hampton Inn is 1.0 mile to the ceremony, and 0.5 mile from the reception hall (via driving, walking is still possible but not as convenient as the Hilton Garden Inn). A special rate of $149/night is available for wedding guests if you use this link to book, or call and tell them you are with the Heyman Wedding. Breakfast is included at this hotel. Shuttle from the Hotels to the Ceremony

We will be having the Brewhop Trolley shuttle running from both hotels to the ceremony site and then after the ceremony to the reception site. The final schedule of the trolley is below: 2:20 PM Trolley arrive at Hilton Garden Inn Longmont 2:30pm - Trolley arrives at Hampton Inn 2:40pm - Trolley departs 2:45pm - Trolley arrives at Hilton Garden Inn 2:50pm - Trolley departs 2:55pm - Trolley arrives at Dickens Nature Area 3:05pm - Trolley arrives at the D-Barn 3:10pm - Trolley departs with wedding party (12-16) 3:15pm - Trolley arrives at Dickens Nature Area 3:30pm - Ceremony starts 4:00pm - Ceremony ends 4:05pm - Trolley departs and makes 2-3 loops from Dickens Nature Park to the D-barn 9:00pm - Trolley arrives for early departures if needed back to the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn 10:00pm - Reception ends 10:05pm - Trolley departs (+/- a few min) and makes loops between Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn until all guests have brought back

Airport Shuttle
If you are not interested in renting a car while you are in town, there is a shuttle option that will pick you up from the airport and drop you off at the hotel directly. You can book through the website link above and may be *slightly* cheaper than an uber depending on how many people you have.

Taxi Service
An alternative to Uber and Lyft in our area is a service called Ztrip. It s a way to book a taxi, and another way you could book a ride from or to the airport, or around Longmont or to your other destinations. You do need an app, but you can schedule rides ahead of time.
