When do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by September 1.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be hosted at Windmill Winery in Florence, Arizona. When arriving to the venue, please enter through gate #1 and follow signs for The Lakehouse.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are encouraging semi-formal attire, meaning dresses and dress shirts and pants. The weather should be in the mid-high 80s during the day and dropping to the low 70s in the evening.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

When you go to the RSVP page online, it will note whether or not we were able to allot a plus one. We are limiting additional guests to ensure we are celebrating with our closest friends and family. We also have to consider the venue's allowed capacity. If there is someone you would really like to bring, please reach out to us far in advance from the wedding date. There will not be extra seating for unexpected guests.

My noted guest can't come, can I bring someone else instead?

Please check with us first, especially if we don’t personally know the person you’d be bringing instead.

How is parking?

Answer

There is a large self-parking lot at the venue. Please follow signs for The Lakehouse when arriving to the venue.

What if my RSVP status changes?

Answer

If you can no longer attend or originally said you couldn't but now can, PLEASE notify our wedding planner as soon as possible at contact@gardeniawed.com. It’s extremely important we provide our venue and vendors with an accurate guest count.
