Things To Do

USS Yorktown

40 Patriots Point Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

If you're into history, and you have a few hours, the USS Yorktown (WWII Aircraft Carrier) is open to the public in Mount Pleasant. Brandon and I explored the ship while we were dating, and it was very educational!

Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge

Charleston, SC 29403

If you are looking for a workout, this is the bridge to walk! It is 2.5 miles each way, and the views are breathtaking! Parking is available in Mount Pleasant, and the bridge is free to walk.

Poogan's Porch

72 Queen Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Brandon and I have frequented Poogan's on a number of occasions. Their biscuits are to die for!

Isle of Palms

Isle of Palms, SC

Easily our favorite beach in the Charleston area! You can park for free along the side streets.

White Point Garden

2 Murray Blvd, Charleston, SC 29401

White Point Garden is located adjacent to The Battery which is where the you will find the old style Charleston homes. The Park also has Civil War era cannons, monuments, and lot's of historic sites! This is the perfect place to take an afternoon walk with stunning city and water views.
