Brandon and I met in November 2024 thanks to a Bumble algorithm mishap — we lived in different cities and quickly realized we were outside each other’s distance settings. Not wanting to let a great match slip away, we decided to meet anyway. Brandon drove two hours each way on a weeknight for our very first date. Needless to say, it went extremely well, and from that night on, the dates never stopped. Fast forward to summer 2025, when Brandon proposed surrounded by both of our families. Since then, we’ve purchased our first home, taken on multiple renovation projects, started new jobs, bought our first vehicle together, traveled, and jumped headfirst into wedding planning. As we look ahead to our September wedding, we are beyond excited to begin this next chapter and settle into married life.
