Eight years down, forever to go!

First comes school then comes marriage.

Bailey and Brandon met in their computer classes at Snider High School in 2012 and began dating around Halloween that year. They attended Semi-Formal and Prom together and graduated in June 2013. In August of 2013, Bailey headed to college at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio while Brandon joined the United States Air Force and departed for basic training in Laredo, Texas. Once he completed basic he was sent to West Virginia for AIT where Bailey was able to visit for a weekend. From there, Brandon travelled to Istanbul, Turkey for his first base placement and long distance became even longer with very different time zones. In December of 2014, Brandon flew home to surprise Bailey at Christmas before returning to Turkey a few days later. Once back in the states, Brandon was stationed at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, Georgia for the rest of his six year military contract. Bailey and Brandon managed to visit one another a few times a year for about a week at a time for the next 3 years. Brandon adopted Harley in 2017 and Bailey met her for the first time during her spring break of that year. Bailey adopted Tucker and Lily in 2018 and Brandon met them the following spring. When Bailey graduated from Purdue University - Fort Wayne, Brandon proposed that evening over dinner with their parents to celebrate. Bailey and Brandon decided to marry in 2021 to give ample planning time and to get several other goals completed in the short term. As Brandon neared the end of his military service, they started house hunting in 2019 and found their current home in June of that year. At the beginning of August, they were able to move in and finally be in the same state for the first time since high school. From there, they've done some home improvements and hosted may barbecues with Brandon's friends and the dogs have loved having a backyard to run free in. They look forward to future years and milestones as they grow closer together.
