How can I prepare myself for the elevation change?

Hydrate!! The venue for the ceremony and reception is almost at 9,000 feet! Since pretty much everyone will be traveling into CO, it is important to pre hydrate with water or electrolytes the week leading into the wedding. No and we are asking for you to not bring any gifts. We are just happy that you are making the journey out to Colorado for our wedding to celebrate!

Kiddos on the shuttle

Answer

The shuttle seats can accommodate booster seat/car seat. Please bring what your child will need at the pickup location.

Shuttle Locations

Answer

We will designate 2 locations for pick up/drop off. The first will be in Black Hawk,CO at one of the hotel lots and the other will be at a park n' ride lot in Evergreen, CO.

The venue does not have wifi but does have cell reception.
