Small welcome gathering at Brandon's parents AirBNB rental for anyone who will be in town already. Grilling and cold drinks to hangout after traveling to Colorado. Parking will be limited, so carpooling is encouraged.

Shuttle Service To Venue
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
Black Hawk, CO
VERY limited amount of vehicles allowed at the venue. So we would like our guests to take the provided shuttle service to and from the venue. Pickup/drop off locations to be in Black Hawk, CO at the Monarch Casino and along the route in Evergreen, CO park n' ride lot. The Shuttle needs to leave the Monarch by 3:00 PM and will arrive at the Evergreen stop around 3:20 PM.
