A room block has been arranged for our guests from 1/1/26-1/4/26. The room rate is available 3 days before and after the room block. The Signature Suite rooms are $1788 per night for double occupancy. The booking window closes September 30, 2025. Rates are subject to change after this date. We encourage guests to book their hotel room as soon as possible. The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Things to know about booking flights: 1- Do not book a flight that lands to the Cancun Airport after 8:15 PM (the last ferry to the island is at 11:00 PM) 2- Do not book a flight that departs the Cancun airport before 10:00 AM. (The first ferry from the island in the morning is 6:00 AM, with a 6:20 AM pick up, you will arrive at the airport by approximately 7:30 AM.)

Your stay does not include ground transportation from the airport to the marina. We recommend booking a round-trip service from the Cancun International airport to Marina Hacienda del Mar and back to the airport before arrival. Marina Hacienda del MarMarina Hacienda del Mar

Marina Hacienda del Mar is 30 minutes from Cancun International Airport. Maritime transportation from the marina to the resort is included in your stay at Impressions. Guests are transported via a resort-exclusive catamaran from Marina Hacienda del Mar. The trip is approximately 25 minutes. Reservations for the catamaran must be made at least 72 hours in advance with the resort. Please provide the resort your flight information. The catamaran operates daily between Impressions by Secrets and Marina Hacienda del Mar between select hours. The first departure from Impressions is at 7 am and the last departure from Marina del Mar is 8 pm. Plan your flight arrivals and departures accordingly. Boat to IslandBoat to Island

As part of the Endless Privileges, Impressions provides complimentary boat transfers from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Estimated time duration from the Airport to the assigned dock is 40 – 90 minutes and the travel from the dock straight to the hotel 35 – 50 minutes. It is recommended that you be in the Marina at least 20 minutes before departure so you can make your check in and registration process and get the boat to sail on time. The welcome host dressed in a white tunica will be waiting to welcome you at the Impression Lounge located at Marina Hacienda del Mar which is the meeting point for the boat ride. If your arrival or departure is outside of the boat’s timeframe, or the dock closes, the alternative option is using Ultramar or Xailing ferry services. Sometimes unforeseen weather conditions, flight delays, and port closures may cause occasional delays.
