Will I need to get my passport?

Answer

Yes! If you plan on attending the wedding, we recommend you apply for or renew your passport at least by April 2026 to allow for any hiccups! Will I need cash in Ireland?

Answer

We were able to use our credit cards for the majority of the trip in 2024, but it's smart and highly recommended to carry cash with you in euros just to be safe.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are most definitely welcome! We will provide a kid's corner with crayons and coloring books. We ask that children under the age of 15 are not included as a plus one.

How do I get from my hotel to the Castle?

We will be contracting with a shuttle service to take you to and from the castle.

What's the weather like?

Answer

April in Ireland is estimated to be about 50-60 degrees Farenheight. Sunny one minute, and rainy the next. For typical touring exploration, we recommend raincoats, rain boots, jeans, a t shirt, and a sweatshirt or sweater. Find yourself an Irish beanie if you'd like. Layers that you can take on or off. You'll notice the weather never stops the locals!
