The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM to get settled and find your seat.
The venue has parking along the driveway, and there is a shuttle from the Hyatt. The shuttle will be in front of the Hyatt Regency hotel by 2:25 pm and leave promptly at 2:40 pm. Please be in front of the hotel by 2:30 pm and look for the bus marked "Kennell / Antol". If you miss the shuttle, you can drive or Uber to the venue and take the shuttle back. The shuttle will start returning guests to the hotel at 9:00 pm and make its last run at 9:40 pm. If you need to return to the hotel for any reason throughout the day, the shuttle will be available. If you do not wish to take the shuttle, please plan to be at the Anchorage by 3:00 pm.
Think formal but cozy. Suits with ties and long or midi dresses are perfect (no jeans, please). Look and feel your best. Our wedding will be held outdoors under tents in Maryland in November, which means the weather could be crisp, cozy, or a little unpredictable. Bring a layer to stay warm and choose shoes that work on grass. Fancy hats are welcome because doesn’t that just sound like fun?
We do have a registry on our wedding website, but it’s a little different... mostly a way to support our future home, or contribute to fun experiences like a date night fund. We aren’t asking for traditional gifts, especially since we’ll be traveling from California to Maryland, honeymooning right after, and can’t take a bunch of stuff with us. Plus… we’d hate for a thoughtful gift to become a front porch bandit’s treasure if you deliver something directly to our house while we're out.
