When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP is now closed. Please keep in mind there is no public access to the property unless you are staying on site for the ceremony.

Do you have a reservation block?

Answer

Yes we do have a reservation block. You must reserve a space in order to access the property. Please refer to your wedding invitation QR code to secure your stay.

Question

What are the dates for the reservation block?

Answer

The dates for the reservation block are Sunday September 21st - Tuesday September 23rd 2025.

Can I reserve additional dates before or after the reservation block?

Answer

You can reserve more days after the reservation block if they have units available. It would be best to add the additional days right after you secure your initial bungalow reservation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

In order to attend the ceremony you must be staying on property. Only vendors will be allowed on site with out a reservation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes you can bring a date. You must confirm of the plus one at time of reservation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: The dress code for the ceremony and dinner is cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is a step up from casual attire but less formal than black-tie. For women, this could mean a dressy cocktail dress, a jumpsuit, or a skirt and blouse. Men can wear a suit and tie, or dress pants and a collared shirt with a sport coat. We do ask that you partake in fall colors but please stay away from white, ivory, cream, silver, or any version there of.

What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on pavement so heels and dress shoes are an option. The reception will be on a paver pad surrounded by grass. The dance "floor" will be grass. You may want to slip into something a little more comfortable after the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside uncovered. The reception will be held outside under cover.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

September can be warm with highs in the mid 90s during the day and dipping to the mid 60s in the evening. Please keep this in mind as you are packing for your glamping adventure.

Is there a back up plan for bad weather?

Answer

Are you kidding? This is Brandi we are dealing with. There is a backup plan for the back up plan. Everything will remain on site and we will update you morning of if there are any changes.

Are there any parking restrictions?

Answer

Due to limited space each bungalow has a spot for one vehicle.

Is there anything additional I need to consider packing?

Answer

We are glamping. You may need sunscreen, deet, a bathing suit, water shoes, sun hat, additional towels, personal toiletries for showers, and flip flops.

Where can I go if I need a last minute item that I forgot to pack?

Answer

Healdsburg is only 10 minutes away. They have a Walmart, Home Depot, and a grocery store all in the same parking lot. For dire wardrobe emergency's, there are premium outlet stores in Petaluma.
