Guest Arrival & Check-In: The staff present will be available to greet you as you arrive. Throughout the afternoon, enjoy a selection of snacks (bagged chips, popcorn, crackers, apples, and oranges) and refreshments (iced tea, lemonade, bottled water). Relax and settle in at your campsite *PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOUR RSVP IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU BOOK YOUR BUNGALOW FROM THE QR CODE LISTED ON YOUR WEDDING INVITATION.
Ceremony Rehearsal

Wedding Rehearsal: The wedding party and officiant will gather to rehearse the following days events at the chosen location.
Casual Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Casual Dinner: Enjoy a casual dinner of burgers and other comfort food with your wedding party and guests. This is a great time to relax, socialize, and get to know your fellow guests. Evening Activities: After dinner, join us for some fun lawn games like Jenga and cornhole under the stars, or relax and enjoy the company of fellow guests by the campfire (weather permitting).

Free Time: Sleep in, explore the campsite using the provided map, participate in planned activities (details provided at check-in), enjoy the outdoors, or relax in your bungalows.
Pre-Ceremony Drinks
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm
Pre-Ceremony Drinks: A designated drink station with refreshing beverages (iced tea, lemonade, sparkling water) will be available near the ceremony location (weather permitting) to welcome guests as they arrive. Enjoy mingling and anticipating the ceremony.

Guests Gather for Ceremony: Guests should be seated and ready for the ceremony to begin promptly at 5pm with a drink in hand.

Wedding Ceremony (30 Minutes): No backing out now. Bear witness to these two crazy kids join in matrimony.
Formal Family Photos & Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Formal Family Photos & Cocktail Hour (1 Hour): Following the ceremony, the Bride and Groom will have post ceremony photos taken. While the photos are taken, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour with drinks, appetizers, and light music.

Buffet Dinner: Time to eat yall.

Farewell Buffet Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious and casual breakfast spread before departing. This is a great time for final goodbyes and well wishes. Check-Out: Guests can depart at their leisure throughout the morning. The preferred check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
