Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025! You may edit your RSVP up until this date, should any changes need to be made.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any special dietary restrictions, please specify this in the "dietary restrictions" section of your RSVP. If this is not completed in advance, the caterer will do their best to accommodate your needs on the day of, but cannot guarantee it.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation - thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. The bridal party will be wearing shades of light purples and blues! We would love to see our guests dressed up for a night out, please no jeans! Comfy shoes are encouraged - we'll be dancing the night away!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We do plan to have transportation available from select hotels to and from the venue. At this time, we are offering transportation to and from the following hotels: The Confluence Hotel The Nichols Inn Grandstay Inn and Suites (formerly the Hastings Country Inn)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, we encourage carpooling or using the provided transportation if able, as the lot is shared with the golf course. You are able to leave your cars parked at the venue overnight but please plan to pick them up before 10am on Sunday!

Will the wedding and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! We hope to hold the ceremony outside if weather allows - there is a short walk from the main A-frame building to the ceremony site on a paved path, with the chairs placed on grass. The reception afterwards will be held indoors in the main building.

Question

Will it be a hosted or cash bar?

Answer

Select draft beer, wines and soft drinks will be hosted - a full bar is available should you choose to purchase something different than the hosted options.
