We met on Tinder like the insufferable millennials we are, and bonded over our mutual weirdness and love for wiki holes, progressive politics, and dark comedy. Our first date lasted five hours, our second lasted eight. We've been borderline irritatingly inseparable ever since. We have consistently liked each other for five years and have been co-parenting two awesome little girls together for three, so we figured we'd lock this shit in. And the tax break is substantial. So on 5/25/2019, Matt pulled over at the scenic turnout on MacDonald Pass (exact view pictured above) whilst en route to a punk concert in Spokane and asked Brandi to marry him with a ring he'd made out of a $2 bill. It was a perfect moment in an excellent weekend in a beautiful life. (Full disclosure, we're probably going to elope and not tell anyone. We are hoping the big party with food and alcohol will help soothe any offended persons. Love you all, sorry not sorry.)
